## How it works

1. **Apply.** Tell us where you publish. We reply within one working day.
2. **Share your link.** Put it in a post, a video description or a newsletter. Say it's an affiliate link.
3. **Get paid.** We hold each commission for 30 days, in case of a refund. Then it's paid on the 15th of the next month.

## Questions

**What if you change the rate?**

It only applies to people you refer after the change. Everyone you already sent stays at the rate you signed up for. We give 30 days' notice first.

**Do I need to be a customer?**

No. It helps if you've tried it, so you can say what you think. The free trial costs nothing.

**What if they sign up on a trial?**

You're credited when they sign up inside the 60 days. You're paid when they pay.

**What if they get a refund?**

The commission on that payment is cancelled. That's why we hold it for 30 days first.

**What can't I do?**

Four things: buy search ads on our name, join as a coupon site without asking, pay people to click, or refer yourself. The [terms](https://recruitaffiliates.ai/affiliates/terms) spell out each one.

**Why does my link need cookies accepted?**

The law treats a referral cookie as advertising measurement, so we only set it after a visitor says yes. If they say no, we can't credit anyone.
