Cookie policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

In plain English

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser, so it can remember something next time. This site saves nothing optional until you choose. Ignore the card in the corner and nothing optional runs. Say no, and we still count your visit, with nothing saved on your device. You can change your answer any time from Cookie choices, in the footer of every page.

Before you choose

Nothing is stored and nothing is counted. The card sits in the bottom corner and doesn't block the page.

rail.consentRemembers your answer to the cookie card, so we don't ask again. Shared with app.recruitaffiliates.ai, so you answer once for both.Us, on .recruitaffiliates.ai1 yearNo. It only records the choice you made
ph_*_posthogOur analytics. Lets us see which pages help people decide, and connect a visit here to a signup at app.recruitaffiliates.ai.PostHog, for us1 yearYes
rail_referralIf a RecruitAffiliates.ai affiliate sent you, remembers which one, so they're paid if you become a customer. A copy is kept in your browser's local storage too.Our affiliate program's tracker, for us60 daysYes

That's the full list. No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking.

If you say no

We still count the visit, with nothing stored in your browser: no cookie, no local storage, no session storage. PostHog works out a daily count from a scrambled mix of your IP address and browser on its own servers, and the scrambling key is thrown away each day. So we can't recognise you tomorrow, and we can't follow you anywhere else. If an affiliate sent you, they won't be credited. That's the cost of saying no, and it's yours to choose.

If you say yes

PostHog keeps its cookie, so a later signup counts as the same visitor. If an affiliate sent you, rail_referral remembers them for 60 days. We don't record your screen on this site.

In the app

Once you sign up, app.recruitaffiliates.ai keeps your session so you stay signed in, and reads the same rail.consent answer for its analytics. If you said yes, the app may also record your session to show us where people get stuck, with every typed field and email address masked, and never on the signup, sign-in or billing pages. The session cookies are needed to make the app work, so they don't ask. The privacy policy covers them.

Changing your answer

Press Cookie choices in the footer and choose again. Saying no after yes stops the analytics at once and removes its cookie. You can also clear cookies for recruitaffiliates.ai in your browser settings, which makes the card ask again.

After you answer, we don't ask again for a year, while rail.consent lasts. We only ask sooner if what we store changes.
