GoAffPro
How to recruit affiliates for your GoAffPro programme
To recruit affiliates for GoAffPro, send people to your sign-up page. You can also create accounts for the ones you want and email them an invite. GoAffPro also has a marketplace listing and an influencer search. Its pricing docs put both on the Premium plan. If invites and the marketplace don't bring enough people, you'll need to go and find them.
An affiliate is anyone who sends you buyers for a cut of each sale. That cut is the commission. GoAffPro is the app that tracks those sales, works out the commission and can pay affiliates through PayPal.
What recruiting tools does GoAffPro have?
GoAffPro's recruiting page lists three tools: invite affiliates, a marketplace listing and a Recruit tab for influencers. Add the sign-up page and you have four routes. Two more features exist. A Discover campaign links your brand page on Findums, a social app for shoppers. On Premium, a multi-level network lets affiliates recruit others. (GoAffPro docs: recruiting, Discover and pricing, checked 23 October 2026).
| Route | Who you reach | Plan, per GoAffPro's docs | Effort (our estimate) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-up page | Anyone who finds your store | Free plan has a sign-up portal. Extra sign-up pages are Premium | Set up once |
| Email invite | One person at a time | Not stated | A minute each |
| Marketplace listing | Affiliates inside GoAffPro's network | Premium ($49 a month) or Business | Set up once |
| Recruit tab | Influencers you search for | Premium ($49 a month) or Business | A few minutes a search |
The plan column comes from GoAffPro's pricing docs and its App Store listing (pricing docs, App Store, checked 23 October 2026). Plans change, so check them before you pay.
How does the GoAffPro sign-up page work?
Your sign-up page is where a new affiliate creates an account. The App Store listing says your customers and influencers "are given a portal to register and become affiliates" (Shopify App Store, checked 23 October 2026).
You can make more than one page. Each extra page gets its own commission rate, sign-up bonus and approval setting (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026). To find it, go to Look and Feel, then Signup page, then click New Signup Page.
Extra sign-up pages are listed under Premium in GoAffPro's pricing docs, so expect one page on the free plan. On Premium, here's one way to use them. Keep your public page on manual approval. Make a second page for invited people, with approval on automatic. Email only that link, and only to people you've checked. Never post it. Test both pages with a sign-up of your own first. The docs don't say whether the General setting or the page setting wins.
Link your public page from your footer with the words "Become an affiliate". GoAffPro also has a post-checkout popup (its advanced style is Premium, per the Premium plan docs) that tells buyers about the programme on the thank-you page (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
How do the approval settings work?
GoAffPro can approve new sign-ups for you automatically. To switch that off, open Settings, then General, then Affiliate Registrations. Untick "Auto approve registrations" (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
New sign-ups then wait in Affiliates, then Pending Approval. You can open each profile, approve or reject it, and later revoke an approval (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
Two more settings help:
- Extra sign-up fields. Ask for a website or social link, so you can see who's applying.
- Geo-blocking. Allow sign-ups only from some countries, or block some. The docs say to set up either an allow list or a block list (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
Our page on stopping coupon sites and code leaks in GoAffPro covers the screening settings in more depth.
How do I invite someone by email?
Follow GoAffPro's steps (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026):
- Open Affiliates, then All Affiliates.
- Click Create New Affiliate.
- Type their name and email address.
- Turn on "Send Invitation Email", then click Create.
The person gets an email asking them to set a password. Editing the wording (Settings, then Notifications, then Customize Templates) is listed as a Premium feature (Premium plan docs, checked 23 October 2026).
This route makes the account for them. For a cold contact, we'd send your sign-up page link instead. They then choose to join. Use the manual-approval page, never the auto-approve one.
What do the marketplace and the Recruit tab do?
The marketplace is GoAffPro's directory. It shows your store to affiliates in GoAffPro's network. To set it up, open the Marketplace tab. Add a logo, an icon, a category and a description. You can also limit it by country. Click Save, then switch it on (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
The Recruit tab is a search for influencers. You filter by niche, region, tags, country and category. A profile shows their bio and niche. It also lists their country and social links. You click Send Invitation (GoAffPro docs, checked 23 October 2026).
We haven't tested the marketplace. GoAffPro's docs don't say how many affiliates browse it, so test your own listing for a month and count who applies.
How do I find affiliates outside GoAffPro?
Use your rivals as a map. Anyone who has written or posted about a shop like yours already covers your kind of product.
Search Google for "best [product]", "[rival] review", "[rival] discount code" and "[product] gift guide". Then search YouTube and TikTok for "[rival] review". For each result, note who made it, whether the link earns them money, and how to reach them. A link with a code or a network name in it can mean they're already an affiliate.
Doing this by hand is slow. Ten rivals and two rival phrases each is 20 Google searches before you open a page. Our hub page, GoAffPro for brands, lists every plan. Our guide to finding affiliates for your Shopify store covers each type of promoter. If you'd rather switch apps, see the GoAffPro alternatives.
What did our scan of 30 Shopify shops find?
We ran our scanner on public Shopify shops and counted the people it showed. Our page on how we score affiliates explains the filter.
We ran this · 22 October 2026
Nine of the 30 shops use GoAffPro (per our outbound list). For those nine, the scan showed a typical 93 people each. A separate check of 30 random rows from all 30 shops found about 7 in 10 were at least a loose fit.
- The nine GoAffPro shops: the typical shop showed 93 people (the range was 35 to 151). All nine together showed 873.
- Review and roundup pages: the typical shop had 63 people whose strongest page was a review, roundup or comparison. For blog-style pages the typical count was 10, and for podcasts 6.
- Email on record: the typical shop had 30 people with one (the range was 5 to 52). These are email addresses found.
- All 30 shops: the typical shop showed about 92 people, and about 30 of them had an email on record.
- Check of 30 random rows from all 2,924 shown: an AI read each row's page title and address. Nobody opened the pages. 19 were a clear fit and 2 a loose fit. 9 were not promoters (30%, likely 17% to 48%).

A first search for each of 30 public Shopify shops, 22 Oct 2026. We picked the shops by hand from our outbound list, and which app each uses comes from that list, so this is not a share of the market. Nine use GoAffPro, and seven of those nine are UK shops. It stopped at finding addresses and ran no email checks, which the product runs when a campaign starts (what each result means). In a 30-row check, 9 were not promoters (likely 17% to 48%). Full method and limits.
Most of the people shown (about 2 in 3 across the nine GoAffPro shops) had a review or roundup page as their strongest page. A roundup is a "best 10" list. We can't tell whether their writers browse GoAffPro's marketplace. Email them and point them to your sign-up page.
How do I email people who aren't in GoAffPro?
Write a short email that's about them.
- Line one: where you saw them. "You reviewed [rival]'s sheets in your spring sleep guide."
- Line two: why your product fits their readers.
- Line three: the offer. Name the commission and offer a free sample.
- Line four: one link to your GoAffPro sign-up page.
As a rule of thumb, not a tested figure, keep it under 100 words. Send a gentle follow-up after four or five days. That is also a rule of thumb.
RecruitAffiliates.ai does this step for you. It finds websites, blogs, review sites, newsletters and podcasts. It also finds YouTube channels, and Instagram and TikTok creators. It gets the email address it found for each person (what each result means) and sends a personal outreach sequence from your inbox. All you do is reply.
As of 23 October 2026, a campaign is four emails in one thread. A new mailbox sends 5 first emails a day in week one, building to 30 at most. Every email carries your own GoAffPro sign-up link. People join your existing programme, and nothing connects to GoAffPro itself. Launch is $79 a month (RecruitAffiliates.ai pricing), with a 7-day free trial and no card.
Which affiliates are worth approving?
Check four things before you say yes.
- They recommend things. Their pages name products and say why.
- Their audience buys what you sell. A fitness blog suits a supplement brand better than a candle brand.
- They're active. They posted in the last month.
- They aren't a coupon site. A coupon site lists discount codes for buyers who were about to pay anyway (see stopping coupon sites in GoAffPro). It can take commission on sales you'd have had.
