TikTok email finder: how to get a creator's email

A TikTok creator's email can sit in one of three places. The first is an email button on a business profile, as outside guides describe it. We have not confirmed it with TikTok. The others are the bio text and a page the bio links to, such as a link-in-bio page or a website contact page. Check them in that order. If none shows an address, send a message or move on. Never guess one.

A creator is a person who makes videos that people follow. An affiliate is a creator who sends buyers your way for a cut of each sale, called a commission. This page covers one step: getting an address to write to. To find the creators first, read how to find TikTok creators for a Shopify brand.

How many TikTok people did our scan show?

On 22 October 2026 we ran a first search for 30 public Shopify brands, six in each of five categories. It showed 2,924 people, and TikTok gave 49 of them, about 1.7%.

Only 10 of the 30 shops showed any TikTok person, and one UK fashion shop gave 30 of the 49. Most shops showed 1 to 3 or none. So the category split is a weak pointer, not a pattern.

The limits matter. It was one search per shop, on one day, for shops we picked by hand. YouTube was not part of it, and Instagram data was thin. We counted emails found across all rows, not for TikTok rows alone. So we can't say how often a TikTok creator had one. The full list of limits is on the scan page.

If you sell fashion, TikTok may be worth an afternoon, but 30 of fashion's 38 came from one shop. Our search showed none for the six supplement shops, so a hand search there may be a better test than this one.

Where does a TikTok creator put an email?

Creators choose where, so no spot works every time. The table lists the three places in the order we'd check them. The order and the last column are our own advice, not a TikTok rule.

PlaceWhere to lookWhat to know
Email buttonOn the profile, if the creator set one upMenu names vary, so look in the app
Bio textThe line of text under the nameCan be a "business:" or "collabs:" line
Linked pageThe link in the bioLook for Contact, Partnerships or Media Kit

A business account is a TikTok profile type meant for brands and people who work with them. Outside guides say it is where the email option lives, and they differ on the details. One says a creator with a business account can add an email button for brand inquiries (emailfinder.dev, 24 June 2026, checked 29 October 2026). Another says the creator opens Edit profile, picks Add your email and saves (Adweek, checked 29 October 2026).

Both are outside guides, not TikTok's own help pages, so treat the steps as likely, not certain. Menus change, so check them in the app. If a creator has no button, it may be that they haven't set one up, or that their account type doesn't offer it.

What if there is no email on the profile?

Move down the list.

  1. Read the bio. Look for words like "business", "collabs" or "partnerships". Some creators write the address out in full.
  2. Open the bio link. Many creators link a link-in-bio page (one page that holds all their links) or a website. A media kit, a one-page summary of the creator's reach and rates, may list a booking address.
  3. Check the site's contact page. Look at the footer or menu. Some list a manager's inbox, not the creator's own.
  4. Look at their other profiles. A YouTube channel can show an email behind a button, as in our guide to finding a YouTuber's email. An Instagram bio may carry one too.
  5. Send a message. A message from a stranger can get lost, so use it only when nothing else works. Keep it to two lines and ask where to send the offer.

Here is a made-up example. Say you sell linen shirts and find a fictional creator, Sam Rivers. The profile has no email button. The bio links to a link page, and the page lists a partnerships address. You note the source and write to it.

Write down where you found each address. It helps your first line and shows you didn't guess. Never invent an address from a pattern like first.last@. A wrong guess lands in a stranger's inbox. Our guide to getting a creator's email says the same.

A first search for a UK skincare brand showing TikTok creators, each with a fit score and a blurred email.
One first search for a UK beauty and skincare brand, run 22 Oct 2026. It shows TikTok creators among 124 people. Individual details are blurred, including the email addresses. Counts were read on 23 Oct and can differ by one or two from the 22 Oct record.

What about TikTok email finder tools?

Search results show tools that promise an email from a TikTok username. We did not test them and can't vouch for their data. Some may read only what a creator published. Others may guess.

TikTok's terms say you may not use "automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services" (TikTok Terms of Service, last updated 1 December 2025, checked 29 October 2026). We aren't lawyers, so read the terms before you use a tool that reads TikTok in bulk.

The by-hand route reads only what a creator chose to publish, one profile at a time. For a list of 20, that's an afternoon. That time is our rough estimate, not a measured figure.

What do I do once I have the address?

Send only to an address the creator published, since those are the ones most likely to reach them. If you want a check first, a verified email from RecruitAffiliates.ai has been checked for you.

Then write one short, personal email. Name a video, say what you would send and state the deal. Ask for one small thing. The influencer outreach email template gives wording to copy, and the affiliate recruitment email guide covers follow-ups. Send from your own inbox, a few a day.

Tell the creator to mark the post as a gift or an ad. In the US, the FTC's guide for influencers says a material connection, such as a payment or free product, should be disclosed (FTC, Disclosures 101, November 2019, checked 29 October 2026). It says the influencer is responsible for making it. The FTC's question-and-answer page for businesses adds that you should have reasonable programs to train and monitor the people who promote for you (FTC, Endorsement Guides questions, checked 29 October 2026). Put a disclosure line in your terms. This is US guidance, not legal advice.

Where RecruitAffiliates.ai fits

RecruitAffiliates.ai reads your website and finds people already covering shops like yours, including TikTok creators. Each comes with the page that shows it, so you can judge the fit.

It looks for each person's email and checks what it finds, so you get a verified email. AI drafts a personal first email. You approve it, and it sends from your own inbox. It doesn't message anyone on TikTok for you. The Shopify page has the five steps.

Launch is $79 a month for one brand, with a 7-day free trial and no card.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find a TikTok creator's email?

Check the profile for an email button, then the bio text, then the page the bio links to. If none shows an address, look at the creator's other profiles or use a message. Use only addresses the creator has published.

Can I see someone's email on TikTok?

Only if they chose to show it. Outside guides say a business account can add an email button. If the profile has no button or bio line, TikTok doesn't give you the address.

Should I use a TikTok email finder tool?

We did not test any, so we can't say. Results depend on where a tool gets its data, and TikTok's terms ban automated collection. A hand search is slower but reads only what the creator published.

Is it okay to email a creator?

A short, personal offer about their work is normal practice in this trade. Use an address they published, say who you are and make it easy to say no. Rules on cold email differ by country.
