Best affiliate outreach software for sending recruitment emails
Jimi Barkway · 20 October 2026 · 6 min read
The best affiliate outreach software for recruitment emails sends from your own inbox, follows up on its own and stops when someone replies. If it also finds the people to email, you save a whole step.
An affiliate is someone with an audience who promotes your product for a cut of each sale. Outreach software sends the first email to them and the follow-ups after it. Some tools only send. Others find prospects too. That split is the main thing to check.
Which tools send affiliate recruitment emails?
Here are seven, with facts read from each company's own site on 20 October 2026. I'm the founder of RecruitAffiliates.ai, so I've put it where it fits and given every tool a fair line.
| Tool | Finds prospects? | Sends from your inbox? | Follow-ups | Price and trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RecruitAffiliates.ai | Yes, built for affiliates | Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or IMAP | 4 emails in one thread | $79 a month for one brand, 14 days free, no card |
| AffiliateFinder.ai | Yes | Gmail, Outlook or IMAP/SMTP | Multi-step | $99 a month, 7-day trial |
| Instantly | Yes, B2B lead database | Yes, any provider | Yes | From $47 a month, free start |
| lemlist | Yes, B2B lead database | Google, Microsoft, SMTP | Yes | $69 a month, 14-day trial |
| Pitchbox | Yes, built for link building | Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP | Yes | From $300 a month, demo first |
| BuzzStream | Yes, contact and metric lookup | Not stated on its site | Not stated | Free trial, price not listed |
| Reditus | Affiliate search, not an email sender | Not stated | Not stated | Growth $149 a month, 14 days free |

Which one finds affiliates and sends the emails?
Two tools do both jobs for affiliates: RecruitAffiliates.ai and AffiliateFinder.ai.
RecruitAffiliates.ai reads your website and suggests your competitors. It then finds the websites, blogs, review sites, newsletters and podcasts already promoting them, plus YouTube channels and Instagram and TikTok creators that review them. Each one comes with the page that shows it. It finds their email, shows where each address came from, and drafts a personal first email. You approve it, and it sends from your own inbox. If you want the list and the sending in one place, start here.
AffiliateFinder.ai also finds creators and sends from your inbox. Its site lists a 7-day trial, Pro at $99 a month and Growth at $249 a month, with cheaper annual prices (checked 20 October 2026). It says it scans Google, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. For a side-by-side, see RecruitAffiliates.ai vs AffiliateFinder.
Are cold email tools like Instantly and lemlist good for this?
They send well. They aren't built for affiliates. A cold email is an email to someone who didn't ask to hear from you. Both are made for sales teams. Their lead databases hold sales contacts, so you'll rarely find a blogger or podcaster in them.
Instantly lists Growth at $47 a month and Hypergrowth at $97, with a free start and no card (checked 20 October 2026). Its lead finder sits in some plans, not all.
lemlist lists its Email plan at $69 a month, with a 14-day trial and 200 free credits. Sequences stop on their own when a lead replies (checked 20 October 2026).
Pick one if you already have a list and only need the sending. You'd find the affiliates yourself, by hand or with a method like how to find affiliates for SaaS.
What about Pitchbox, BuzzStream and Reditus?
Pitchbox and BuzzStream come from link building. That's the job of getting other sites to link to yours. The steps look like affiliate recruitment. The price and scale don't, since both are made for agencies.
Pitchbox starts at $300 a month ($210 a month paid yearly) on a one-year commitment. Free trials exist, but you book a demo first (checked 20 October 2026). Plan on a call. BuzzStream offers "Try it Free" and says it finds metrics and contact details for prospects. It doesn't list prices or say where it sends from, so ask before you buy (checked 20 October 2026).
Reditus runs a whole affiliate program, with tracking and payouts. Its Growth plan is $149 a month and includes one AI affiliate search a month, with a 14-day trial and no card (checked 24 September 2026). It's a programme platform, not an email sender. See RecruitAffiliates.ai vs Reditus.
One more name you'll see: Respona. Its site now sells done-for-you link placements, from $100 each (checked 20 October 2026), so I left it out.
How do you send recruitment emails safely from a new domain?
Start slow, cap your daily volume and stop the moment someone replies. A domain is the part after the @ in your address. A new one has no sending history, so mailbox providers watch it closely.
Follow these steps:
| Step | What to do | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Send about 10 a day | Gives the domain a clean first record |
| Week 2 | Move to about 20 a day | Grows volume only if week 1 went quietly |
| Week 3 on | Reach about 30 a day, then hold | A steady pace beats a spike |
| Every email | Stop the sequence on a reply, bounce or unsubscribe | Chasing a person who answered is how you get reported |
| Every email | Include a plain way to opt out | Required by law in most places |
Google's sender rules say to keep your spam rate under 0.3% (checked 20 October 2026). A short, targeted list is the easiest way to stay there. Ours starts a new mailbox at 5 first emails a day, builds to 30, and stops on a reply, bounce or unsubscribe. Whatever tool you pick, check it can do the same.
For the words inside the email, read how to write an affiliate recruitment email. A good tool doesn't fix a weak message. And decide what to pay them first: what to offer affiliates.
In short
What is the best affiliate outreach software?
For affiliates, pick a tool that finds prospects and sends from your own inbox. RecruitAffiliates.ai and AffiliateFinder.ai both do. If you already have a list, a general sender like Instantly or lemlist will do.
Do I need a separate tool to find affiliates?
Only if your outreach tool doesn't find prospects. Instantly and lemlist hold sales contacts. Bloggers, reviewers and podcasters rarely show up in them, so a tool built for affiliates saves you hours of research.
How many recruitment emails should I send a day?
Start with about 10 on a new domain and build to about 30 over three weeks. Affiliate lists are small. You rarely need more, and fit beats volume.
Should I use my main email address?
Use a second domain for outreach. A bad week then can't touch your normal inbox. Your main domain stays for customers, your team and anyone who needs to trust the mail they get from you every day.
We find your first 20 emails free. It's 14 days free, no card.
